Hello! I've been waiting for Leo Express' response to write a good feedback but 2 months passed and no answer. I had an issue when I bought a ticket 2 month in advance as we agreed to meet in Krakow with my friend who lives in another country. Leo Express had changed the departure time and didn't inform me so I came on time as per my ticket but my bus was gone, so I was forced to buy a new ticket with triple price as far as my friend was on the way to Krakow.
No refund by now neither a single email. Had unpleasant experience
Everything was at the highest level. Highly recommend!
