I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the Grand Bus service. Bus was very clean and comfortable, plugs and WiFi available, and the staff was professional and polite. Highly recommend!
The bus was 30 minutes late. The bus driver was very nervous and raised his voice when we asked if it was going to Warsaw. Very unpleasant experience. We waited 15.5 hours at the border before crossing. We in Europe are used to pleasant and friendly customer service and punctuality.
