  • Пан Андрій (driver) was very kind, helpful and trustworthy. He made everything clear and easy. The vehicle was very pleasant with air conditioning and curtains. The driver was very accommodating to the passengers.

  • There was an 8 hour delay at the border crossing, about which nothing could be done but the driver was helpful to everyone. Have travelled with this company on many occasions and never had a problem. On this last occasion I would have one miner issues. According to the ticket, the bus was schedle to depart from Dvirtsava Square but instead departed from that area that is commonally referred to às "paid parking".. luckily I discovered this shortly prior to departure so all was good. But please do take into account a traveller like myself that is unable to speak Ukrainian

  • Great driver, good bus but all electric sockets out of order, and heating always on, impossible to make it less. Overall very happy with the driver, less happy with the technical stuff

  • Bus was clean and driver was very good. Got to my destination ontime for my flight. Even with delay at boarder crossing. But please consider this when you travel as delays are not added to time travel. Allow a minimum 1 hour at boarder crossing to get to your destination.
