  • Even though I indicated non-European citizenship when purchasing the ticket, I was sold a ticket. When boarding the bus, the driver explained to me that I wouldn't be able to cross the Belarus-Poland border with my passport. I had to buy a new ticket via Vilnius. I wasn't refunded for the unused ticket.
