Late 1 hour and half. I missed my transfer

No A/C or windows, so basically an oven Not any kind of information neither in english neither in georgian about what's happening Arrived 2 hours later then announced

I arrived at the bus station well in advance of departure, the bus company said my ticket was fine but then I was refused boarding as they had overbooked the bus and it was full. Was offered to travel that evening but it was too late so I asked for a refund. No refund has happened 2 weeks later and following this up through Infobus i find the company falsely claimed I travelled with them. I am going through the complaints process but I’m not hopeful. Avoid Nika, they are clearly dishonest and disreputable.

July 29 since 09.00 I waited the bus in front of courthouse in Alaverdi, as indicated on the ticket, but the bus didn't arrive. I waited until 10.30. If it's possibile to refund me the ticket, please.

the bus was cancelled and no information provided. I was lucky the guy put me in a new bus with a different destination. I had to take a cab to reach my initial destination. horrible.

It’s not just a trip, it’s an experience… Unfortunately, not for the best reasons.

The minibus was average. The driver was all over the place, too many stops for nothing. In the end 2h late and dropped off at different location in Yerevan then planned.

Bus was delayed quite a bit, but the communication with us was sufficient. The vehicle was comfortable and it was driven smoothly. The pasport control also went very quick.

Late to set off for no concernable reason, driver literally drove like a maniac. English and Russians alike as passengers were concerned. We nearly crashed about 3 times! Overtaking every car for no apparent reason only to stop for 30mins so he could eat a kebab…

The vehicle is comfortable. However, the driver made the trip very difficult. He accelerated very aggressively to overtake, even in areas with zero visibility. He handled the steering wheel in a very rough and unsafe manner. The journey was so unsettling that we seriously considered getting off halfway for our own safety.
