Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing regarding a ticket I purchased for my father for the Kharkiv–Bucharest route on 3 September. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the way the journey was handled. Before the departure, my father did not receive **any SMS notification, phone call, or other communication** with information about the bus. He was not provided with the **bus number or the driver’s contact details**, which made it very difficult to identify the vehicle. On the day of departure, at approximately **06:10**, my father was at the bus station waiting for the bus. However, he could not find it. He contacted your customer service line **several times** to ask where the bus was and how he could locate it. Unfortunately, the dispatcher was unable to provide him with the driver’s phone number, the bus number, or any other information that could have helped him board the bus. As a result, my father was unable to take the journey, despite having a valid and fully paid ticket. I understand that unexpected situations can sometimes occur, but in this case, we made every reasonable effort to contact your company and find the bus. Unfortunately, the lack of basic information and assistance made it impossible for my father to board. Therefore, I would kindly ask you to **issue a full refund for the ticket**, as the transportation service was not used due to circumstances that were not within the passenger’s control. I would also appreciate an explanation of why the bus number and driver’s contact details were not provided, and why this information could not be obtained when my father contacted customer service before departure. I hope this matter can be resolved quickly and amicably. However, if the refund cannot be arranged, I may have to **refer the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities** for further review. Overall, everything is great, but the intermediate flight from Romania/Constanța doesn't have real coordinates... it gives out everything except the necessary ones. For those traveling for the first time, a comfy and transport to Ryaznitsa are created to order, one color and pattern, but in the end, it's something completely different with a print.

Very good......but there was confusion on my part as to where to catch the bus, the ticket says Railway station; however repeated questioning of nearby people seemed to indicate the bus station would tbe the departure location. In fact it turned out to be on the main road about 100 metres in front of the railway station. A sketch map would resolve this.

Totul a fost ok. Sugestie: soferii ar trebui sa transmita informatiile si in engleza..
