We liked the experience. It's always personalized. The customer service works good as well - they are very helpful in case of questions. Highly recommend.

The bus was comfortable and the driver helped with the bag. WiFi however didn’t work at all the entire trip. Major problem was the behavior of the driver: he was so aggressive it was absolutely not ok. Yes he helped with bags but he was looking for a conflict situation and provoked people many times. I understand he’s not a hostess at a 5* resort but there was no need to be that aggressive and make derogatory comments about passengers. Nobody did or said anything bad to him but he started yelling and making insulting comments about people from the first minute of the travel. Dear carrier, remind your dude to chill a little bit!

The ride was comfortable, arrived almost on time ( waiting at the border). The price is a little high. Experienced and friendly driver.

Drivers were quite rude and particularly annoyed at the end of the trip. I can understand it’s a hard work, but if you visibly express frustration, by throwing luggage, being rude and have angry outbursts on passengers at random, its not a job for you
