I was really disappointed that I had to pay an extra €2.50 just to put my suitcase in the luggage compartment under the bus.

I didn't understand how and when to go to the bus and I thought the driver was angry about me because I was confused and entered the bus at the wrong moment. But when I told him I didn't speak Latvian he told me to go and sit down. And the rest of the trip he was talking very friendly with passangers, everybody laughed (I didn't understand the word he was saying but it sounded warm and funny). Driving style was smooth and safe. Driver cleaned the bus right after arrival to the destinaton and the bus was clean already when I entered to it.

Please change the driver, he is extremely aggressive and rude man. With no reason he expressed his anger to me and my dog even if we had our places fully paid , then we arrived to Riga and he literally pushed us out of the bus with very bad words and aggression. Being a bit polite with passengers could make your service more reliable.
