Where to begin. We had booked for three seats at 2:30, and the driver rocked up an hour late with no communication or apology. We thought ho hum, the traffic may have been bad. The driver seemed like he had been made to drive us, rather than it be his job. At one point I turned around to speak to my friend and was told to basically shut up. He spent a lot of time on his phone while driving, and when he wasnt on his phone he was trying to shout at someone. Going through the border, he shouted at us for trying to get a drink and go to the toilet, despite this being our only stop on the trip (we were meant to have four). He had the reaction speed of a pigeon and all in all i would say this should not be his chosen profession. He also shouted at us for leaving his van at the end of the trip, mocked us in his own language which was blatantly obvious. He also argued with other lovely passengers, for seemingly no reason.

Trip started 1.5 hours earlier than planned and communication was very complicated. Driver was very nice but drove extremely fast.

Absolutely terrible service, the bus broke down 2 times when traveling with them to yerevan, leaving us stranded for hours. When returning from yerevan to Tbilisi they wrote the wrong adress on the ticket, once I got the correct adress from them I was screamed at for being late, despite it being completely their fault.

The driver was driving very fast and sometimes unsafely. The police even gave him a ticket. He was also smoking inside the van while driving. He also complained that we had to stop for our visa issuance at the border. Which was basically 5mins

The driver was very experienced, drove carefully and fast enough. The trip went very well, we had just 1 stop (15-20 mins) during whole the duration (4.5-5 hours)

There was a 20-minute delay at the beginning, we needed to wait quite much at the border, stopped for early dinner for half an hour and got stuck in the traffic, but we were on time. The quality of the Armenian roads in the mountains is truly in a good shape and the driver also knows this - he drove crazily, though with the seat belt fastened, I felt safe.

This was the worse trip that I had in my entire life. The driver doesn’t know where to pick up the passengers and where to make a stop. We’we been waiting 1,5 hours more than it was excepted

The van was not in a perfect State. The seat was broken . We were not confortable in the van. The driver drove very fast and not smootly .
